This is a Camp out event in Quebec (90 km away from Ottawa). Pack in, pack out. Leave no trace. PLURR! Be prepared to stay warm and dry in whatever weather. Maybe nights will be cool, there may even be a campfire ban if it's too dry. Bring a hoodie. Bring a hat. Bring sunscreen.
